 Xenia Shoe and Leather Building (Xenia, Ohio) – Engineering consultant for existing conditions assessment, concept development, and design of MEP systems for complete renovation of historic registered 3-story 12,000 sf building into mixed use incorporating historic tax credits, 2018-present.

Great Oaks Vocational (Cincinnati, Ohio) – Performed assessment, followed by alternatives analysis incorporating aspects of energy costs and efficiency, construction costs, life cycle and maintenance costs for planned replacement of over 100 roof top unit providing heating, cooling and ventilation to classrooms, offices and labs in three vocational buildings.  Provided complete report and presentation to executive board, 2017-present.

Tawawa Chimney Corner Estate (Wilberforce, Ohio) – Engineering consultant for existing conditions assessment, concept development of MEP systems for complete rehabilitation of historic registered 3-story 6,000 sf estate into museum and civic spaces, incorporating historic tax credits, 2018-present.

Bethel-Tate Schools (Bethel, Ohio) – Provided analysis and design for central heating high-efficiency boilers, domestic water heater and pumps to upgrade two school buildings for improved energy efficiency, 2017-present.

Troy Community Works 1 E Main (Troy, Ohio) – Engineering consultant for existing conditions assessment, concept development, and design of mechanical systems for complete renovation of historic registered 3-story 18,000 sf building per the requirements for historic tax credits, combined mercantile and residential, 2016-present.

Southern Ohio Correctional Facility (Lucasville, Ohio) -  Field assessment and pre-energy audit analysis of mechanical systems for over 800,000 sf of space in over twenty different buildings at the maximum security campus, culminating in written report summarizing findings and proposed actions, 2017- 2018.

 Emersion Offices – LEED CI (Cincinnati, Ohio) – LEED consulting to perform analysis, calculations and documentation for energy and indoor environmental quality pre-requisite and credit achievement for space, achieving LEED Platinum Certification, 2017.

Church of The Resurrection (Cincinnati, Ohio) – Engineering consultant for existing conditions assessment, master-planning and concept development of MEP systems for renovation of 25,000 sf of multi-purpose building area to combine four congregations onto one campus, 2018-present.

Warren County Correctional Center (Lebanon, Ohio) -  Forensic study of operational and performance issues with existing domestic water heating system in five inmate housing buildings, followed by engineering design and specification of modifications and replacements, 2017-present.

Oak Hills High School Natatorium (Cincinnati, Ohio) -  Forensic study of existing natatorium pool water and space environment system to identify system deficiencies and determine appropriate measures for upgrades; on-site assessment and analysis, preparation of findings report, concepts, summary report; followed by design documents for installation of systems upgrades, 2016-2017.

Living Arrangements for Developmentally Disabled Incorporated Headquarters (Cincinnati, Ohio) -  Commissioning Authority for LEED V3 two-story office building addition of 10,000 sf, Certified LEED Gold, Building Design & Construction, 2014-2016.

Mayfield Clinic Building (Cincinnati, Ohio) –  Two phases of forensic study of original design and field conditions for determination of causes for mechanical system performance issues, developed alternatives for improvements in outpatient medical services and office spaces on two separate floors, culminating in written summary reports, 2013 - 2017.

Hamilton County Coroner Crime Lab (Blue Ash, Ohio) - Licensed engineer for the commissioning team, performed design peer-review for MEP systems for new 83,000 sf facility, which includes toxicology and DNA labs, coroner and investigation offices, firing range, morgue and sally port, 2017-2018.

Ohio University Peden Stadium (Athens, Ohio) – Building cooling systems analysis and load calculation, including summary report, for selection of building replacement chiller, 2016.

 Scarlet Oaks Welding Lab (Cincinnati, Ohio) -  Forensic study of existing welding technologies lab to assess systems and determine extent of HVAC system deficiencies, on-site assessment and analysis, preparation of reports with concept development for proposed improvements.  Provided concept diagrams, narratives and summary report, 2016.

Wyoming Recreation Center (Wyoming, Ohio) – Engineering design for complete building renovation, providing concepts, field verification, design and bid documents for mechanical systems in the existing 21,000 square foot municipal recreation facility, 2015-2016.

College of Architecture and Environmental Design, Kent State University (Kent, Ohio) – Licensed engineer for the commissioning team, performed design peer review for new 60,000 sf classroom and studio building, LEED Building Design and Construction 2009 Platinum Certified, 2013 - 2014.

Good Samaritan Clinic (Hamilton, Ohio) – Engineering consultant providing existing building MEP systems assessment, facilities planning, design concepts and phased design for renovation of 20,000 square feet of abandoned and lightly utilized spaces of the old school building into useful clinic spaces, 2015-2016.

Cincy Bike Share (Cincinnati, Ohio) – Engineering consultant for existing conditions assessment, concept development, design and bid documents of MEP systems for renovation of historic registered early 19th century church property into useful spaces for the Cincy Bike Share program operating offices and repair shop, 2013-2014.

Mountain Home Theater (Johnson, Tennessee) – Design Engineer for concepts, field verification, system design, development of bidding documents to provide ventilation and air conditioning to the historic registered 700 seat theater building, 2013-2015.

Grange Insurance Headquarters (Columbus, Ohio) – Consultant to team for certification of existing 590,000 sf office building using USGBC LEED Green Building Operations & Maintenance 2009, lead development of system upgrade alternatives and performed ASHRAE Level I and Level II energy audits, documentation of pre-requisites and credits in energy, water and indoor environment, 2013-2014.

J.W. Peck Federal Building (Cincinnati, Ohio) - Licensed engineer for the commissioning team, performed design peer-review for MEP systems upgrades for 230,000 sf of space for five different federal branch tenants, 2016-2017.

State Employees Retirement System of Ohio (Columbus, Ohio) – Consultant to team for certification of existing 380,000 sf office building using USGBC LEED Green Building Operations & Maintenance 2009, lead development of system upgrade alternatives, performed ASHRAE Level I and Level II energy audits, responsible for pre-requisites and credits in energy, water and indoor environment, 2012-2013.

Kaivac Manufacturing (Hamilton, Ohio) – Engineering consultant providing concepts, field verification, design and bid documents for MEP systems to create a new 11,000 square foot office space within abandoned area of existing light manufacturing facility, 2015-2016.

Chatfield College (Cincinnati, Ohio) – Engineering consulting for on-site assessment and concept development for proposed renovation of abandoned 18,000 sf light manufacturing building in downtown Cincinnati as a new college facility; responsible for MEP disciplines for field survey, budget development, concept narratives and summary assessment report, 2012-2013.

PCS Purified Phosphates (Cincinnati, Ohio) – Forensic study of recent design and construction of office building to identify HVAC deficiencies, preparation of reports in preparation for litigation on owner’s behalf, 2012.

Veterans Administration Medical Center (Cincinnati, Ohio) - Engineering design for replacement of main network room cooling, including assessment and concept development, field verification, design and bid documents, 2015-2016.

Highland Medical Offices (Cincinnati, Ohio) – Commissioning Authority for 36,000 sf medical office building, LEED Version 2 Certified Gold, Core & Shell, 2009-2012.

Tender Mercies Harkavy Hall (Cincinnati, Ohio) – Green Consultant for Enterprise Communities “Green Grant” compliance, USGBC LEED New Construction consultant and charrette facilitator, multi-resident renovation of historic structure, 2007-2008.

Chillicothe Veterans Administration Medical Center (Chillicothe, Ohio) –
Sustainability Specialist for design and construction, new high-efficiency steam boiler plant building, design review, sustainability report, 2009–2010.

Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (Ohio) – Commissioning team licensed engineer performing design peer review of drawings and specifications for new and renovation school projects, certification of Silver or better under USGBC LEED for Schools and LEED BD+C rating system, over 80 projects, 2008- present.
